I've waited a LONG time for a new Nora Roberts romantic thriller. The Witness was worth waiting for! I particularly enjoyed the development of Elizabeth/Abigail's personality…her big brain, and her capability to love, in spite of past abuse. I have most of Nora Roberts' books in my library, and this ranks as one of her best!
